Attention Tier 3 Team

My gamer tag was [Mod removed] and some hacker stole the account and made it to [Mod removed] he made me a new gamer tag which is racer as u see he took the account and linked it with a different email and made my email link with this new gamer tag i reported
problem and they said the tier 3 team is investing it someone please do something or I'll lose all the things I worked for cell number is [Mod removed]

Also, you should know that they HAVE sent password resets in reference to this, BUT they KEEP sending it to a gmail account with a name that I am completely unfamiliar with, and they've been notified multiple times that they keep sending the reset to the
wrong address.

For the last two months, I have had an issue that has been sent to you via customer service representatives. In fact, I'll tell you who and when: (1) Cecilia on July 7, (2) Eric on July 8, (3) another CSR on July 14, (4) Jenny on July 18, (5) Adam on August
1, (6) Lois on August 10, and today Joline AND her supervisor. Oh and a "Pamela" sent me an email between Jenny and Adam, and it resolved nothing. My reference numbers, so you can see how time after time I've followed the steps of your customer support are:

ALL of your CSR's have said this should be a simple fix. ALL of them have told me this is ridiculous that you keep *** this up and keep sending replies to the wrong reply address. ALL of them told me that they would follow this through and get this resolved.
8 weeks to the day later, I still have no means to access my account.

I have verified my system by its console ID number and serial number, have verified my account payment with my credit card number and its security code, and have verified myself at least three times with the security code that has been sent to my phone.
Every conversation turns to Tier 3. We are resending this to Tier 3. But you can't talk to Tier 3 unless they call you. AND THEY NEVER DO.

So, from me to Tier 3: my email address is (MOD REMOVED) . My phone number is listed in each of these 3 reference numbers. I expect one of your staff to contact me via email or phone number in the next two days and help me end this fiasco. Thank you.

 

i have 2 names of xbox live hackers who hack accounts and hack gamer score i think they might have done this there are

p.s [Mod removed] made a fake account to bully me and that one is [Mod removed]

 

these are two more of hackers that take people profiles and use them for their own [Mod removed]

p.s [Mod removed] hacked his gamerscore with a xbox 360 and his old gamer tag was [Mod removed] before it was reseated by the xbox team when he got caught

If you want the enforcement team to investigate those gamers, you will need to file complaints on them via the console.
