Attention Required: Tap Here displayed in store downloads when attempting for download from ...

I was able to download most of my music from the cloud onto my lumia 1520. However, some songs received an error during download stating "Something interrupted your purchase. Please try again later." Is see these songs in the downloads sections of the
store application where they show the status "Attention required. Tap here". When I tap it shows the same ... something interrupted ... message and I can retry. When I retry I get the exact same error message. I am getting this error message while on my
home wifi network. I have also tied powering off the phone for 5 minutes or so and that had no affect.

As a side note, I cannot even scroll through all the songs that have this error in the downloads list as when I attempt to scroll through the list, the store application crashes. A couple of examples of the songs getting this error are: Dressed for Success,
Dangerous and Cry by Roxette and Heart (2001 Digital remaster) by Pet Shop Boys. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What's the status on this issue? I've been having the same "Can't Download" and "Attention is required. Tap here"

I used to be able to download tracks from my Xbox Music pass just fine until a day ago.

 

Unable to install AoE Cs

When the download fails, does the tile in the Store (under Downloads) say "Attention required. Tap here."? If so, tap that and see if it gives you an error code.

Also, open up Storage Sense and let us know how much free space you have in the place you're downloading the game (e.g. phone's internal storage or an SD card) -- to download a game, you need four times (approximately) the free space of the file you're downloading.
So for a 1GB game, you need about 4GB free for the phone to download and install it, otherwise it will fail. For updates, you're usually okay, but if an update fails then this error can kick in - especially if you removed it and are trying to install it from
scratch.

If you have insufficient space, delete some smaller things to free up space, then download and reinstall Castle Siege, after which you can download/install the smaller items again.

Hi Ceaser. Have you tried soft rebooting your device? To do this just hold the 'Power' button and 'Volume-down' at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until it reboots.

Let us know how that goes. Also, I am moving this post to the support forums.

 

I have soft rebooted and powered on and off the device and I still get the exact same error message.
