Attention preview members!!!

If you are having trouble downloading the newest games with gold after updating to the new Xbox experience, the only way I see is to download the game through the Xbox smartglass app.

I've been trying to download the banner saga 2 and everytime I would click on it, the screen would go right back to the games for gold screen.

I hope this helps somebody out

Attention Family Pack Members!!!!!

It's not just the gold subscriptions they will miss out on its all the extra content that is purchased. I plan on closing all the other accounts as well.

The family pack finished in march,the protests back then made no difference either.

I was able to download it without any issues. And as stated above, you should post in dashboard preview forums.

You DO sign a contract by being a member. A New Family plan is being worked on already. Public outrage does/did get changes made...... GOOD LUCK!!!

Hey folks. There is a lot of inaccurate information in this post, so I thought I should clarify.

1. Xbox Live is not $60/month. Never has been. Never will be. The $60 is the annual rate, not monthly.

2. Xbox is giving all Family Pack subscribers the time left on their account to all accounts on the Pack. So if your Family Pack has 10 months left, all accounts on it get 10 months apiece.

3. Additionally, all Family Pack accounts get an extra three months added onto them when they're split up.

Now, granted this is obviously a ploy to get people to buy an Xbox One because of its "Home Gold" function where everyone on a console can have Gold access as long as one Gold account designates that console as their Home console, but still, the level of
misinformation in this thread is just silly. Hopefully I've alleviated some of your concerns.
