    I already update all my billing and personal information correctly.

    Hello AmissTulip043,

    Since you switch on and off between the USD currency and the ISL (Israeli Shekel) currency, our deposit failed because at the time we processed your information, your last transaction was made with your Israeli billing account. When we attempted our deposit,
    the process failed because the two currencies did not match. Since information takes up to 96 hours to be adjusted on our systems, please make sure to use only the USD billable account in order to successfully complete a deposit.
