Attention Needed Billing Information.....

My account information is up to date, but again no rewards deposited.

If possible, can you force a deposit again. This worked in the past.

I already update all my billing and personal information correctly.

However, my account status is stall "Attention Needed"

How can I fix it?

Hi Rod. Unfortunately, we are unable to force deposits now. The Payment Operations team is working on this deposit issue. Once it is fixed, we will make a deposit to your account. Sorry for the inconveniences.
