ATTENTION MODS

I have written in several threads now about not receiving the $15 for spending $49 promo on the dashboard... the last anyone heard these rewards would be deposited by April 8th. That time has come and gone and several people on this board are complaining.

When do you plan on giving us an answer on when we can expect our reward code messages or however you plan to send this stuff out???

There are things I plan to purchase with this reward for my son... still waiting.

Before you so quickly drop the hammer and lock my thread how about you mods actually pay attention? My last thread was not specifically about Xbox One X it was about XBOX ONE IN GENERAL PAY ATTENTION PLEASE!!!!!!

You should open my Xbox One performance thread back up it was clearly within the rules and it was about XBOX ONE!!!!!!

Mods please stop acting like hammer dropping cowboys around here.

purchase history between Feb 18th and March 3rd.

 

I purchased Killer Instinct Ultra Edition and Strider within the time frame and never received the $15 promotional code... feel free to look over my account and review.

I am eligible.

Did not receive the code yet.

 

Killer Instinct Ultra Edition is an add-on DLC. Killer Instinct is a free game. I'm afraid that purchase does not qualify as part of the promotion.

 

But I spent $40 to buy the game in full, you guys can't be serious??
