Attention, error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians Service

Dear Support,

Many thanks for all your support in helping me solve the MAC address issues with my first Xbox one setup.

I currently have a 14 day trial period to test the Gold membership, and this membership allows me to download free games, access the internet etc...

I bought a new game called Halo 5 Guardian, but when I try connecting to online options I'm given an error message '...Attention, error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians Service. You are unable to access online mode...'

Also, when you try and choose multi-player I get the error '...profile sync error when writing to Halo 5 Guardian. Please check your connection...'.

The two possible option are but you can advice me on them, please;

1) Go and buy the live Gold Membership, as trial will not let you access the online.

2) I may need to speak to the external Administrators, as it's not administered by Hospital IT - this may prove to be difficult for them to change access rights, as it is heavily filtered and locked down, due to the number of accommodation and cost.

3) As the result of changes made to MAC address, I can access the net, xbox store, external website, download updates, so there isn't an issues access Wi-Fi now.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Error Authorising User

Finally installed and updated Halo 5 but as soon as I get to the main menu screen I get an attention message telling me there is an Error Authorising User with Halo 5 Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes. Now what the holy hell is
that and why isn't it letting me play the *** game???

 

Unable to acess halo 5 servers

All day I have been trying to access halo 5 servers which haven't been working and all it says is error at authorizing user with halo 5 services. I have tried *** my xbox and router many times and I have also removed my account of my xbox and added it back
on and it still doesn't work. I am completely out of ideas and I need help please.

I suspect the answer will be the second thing you list. Presumably, with the network being locked down tightly, not all of the networking ports will be open that you need to access Xbox Live and multiplayer.

Do you have this issue with other multiplayer games, or is it limited to Halo 5?

Within the Networking Settings, what does it say about your NAT Type? Open, Moderate or Strict?

If the NAT is strict, and inability to play multiplayer is consistent across titles, that would point to the networking restricting Xbox Live access, causing your errors.

I'm having a problem where I cant connect to only halo services such as halo 5 customization of my account and accessing the halo channel and I can play any other multiplayer game such as titan fall just fine. On halo 5 I cannot connect to servers and the
halo channel it says I don't have halo services and I cant read the daily message of the day and this problem has been occurring since December of 2015
