Attention enforcement team

please help us enforcement team. My sons account has been permanent banned due to a bully that has been reporting him constantly. He deals with nonsense from this kid at school and then comes home to have his account banned It's extremely unfair and
too easy for people to get others in trouble. I'd like for his account to be reviewed. He worked so hard and spent his own money to achieve all that he has so far and is pretty sad about being permanently banned Please don't let bully's win! We both
called Xbox and was told this is the way to handle this. HELP us out

 

ATTENTION XBOX ENFORCEMENT

Good afternoon, I have owned an Xbox since Xbox originally hit stores I also have had Xbox live since it's ever been available, I've never once have had this many issues with Xbox enforcement. I have paid numerous times for many years the 59.99 membership
for year long of Xbox live. recently I've been banned twice for the length of a month. Which I pay for. I Understand I hit accept to your initial requirements when starting xbl but I'm tired of getting banned for petty things, I have been a loyal Xbox player
since day one but if this is the case I might as well switch over to PSN my membership is up in December. I want to either make an entire new account so I can start fresh but apparently you have all of my Xbox accounts banned..? Makes no sense. Look at my
reputation. My rep isn't even bad. I don't understand I'm tired of being banned I want this fixed I've spent to much time and money into Xbox to be banned months on in. I'm tired of dealing with this over email. I want someone I can talk to on the phone about
this.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to find out that information.
