please help us enforcement team. My sons account has been permanent banned due to a bully that has been reporting him constantly. He deals with nonsense from this kid at school and then comes home to have his account banned It's extremely unfair and
too easy for people to get others in trouble. I'd like for his account to be reviewed. He worked so hard and spent his own money to achieve all that he has so far and is pretty sad about being permanently banned Please don't let bully's win! We both
called Xbox and was told this is the way to handle this. HELP us out

Attention enforcement team

I received a communications restriction 2 days ago. I was able to still play multiplayer halo 5. Then today I logged in and said I couldn’t play because I was restricted for my account. So I contacted Xbox chat and they said I also received a ban after the
fact until nov 26th? Why would I get a ban a day later when I didn’t play on live and only played one game of halo 5. I didn’t say a word obviously since my chat was restricted. Played just one match, then log on later and I’m banned. On my enforcement page,
it shows only a chat restriction is on there, no ban is presently shown in effect. Can your team investigate this please?

Any report filed needs to be investigated which takes time.You second suspension would be for something you did before your first suspension was issued.

Nothing anyone on the forums can do.The enforcement site
here is the only place with info on your suspension & where you can file for a case review if eligible.

If your second suspension isn't showing up it might be taking the site some time to update properly.

You do not get banned for false complaints & a permanent ban means he's either had multiple suspensions before or the offence he committed was extremely serious.

Also,any report filed against someone needs to be thoroughly investigated which takes time so your sons ban would of been for something that happened several weeks ago.

they will ban them if he violated the terms of use however after they investigate the matter bans do not happen instantly just liuke a the police or newspapers

anything that presents a immediate danger should and always be reported to the police ask your parents about that

people's info can be gathered by the police with a Warrant at anytime *proper police procceedures*

they cannot be gathered by you

it is against the code of conduct to name and shame on forums

you are required by the code of conduct to report it via the console accurately and when nessarily report it to the police

if they feel that the crime is warrant a investigation they will issue an warrant to xbox for the person's info in which case they will have to phone support for the info
