ATTENTION-DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY POINTS THAT I OWN FOR "GET EM ALL" MOVIE PROMOTION.

I spoke with xbox customers service support and they referred me here. I didn't receive any points for the promotion that I was eligible for "get em all". the promotion only checked half the movies/seasons I owned, the other half it did not register. The
promotion ended on the 18th of December. Is there anyway this can be corrected & fixed?, so I can receive the points that I'm eligible for. I appreciate your time and help.

Did not get credits after purchaseslik

I did not get my 30k credits from the gotta get em all mission which was from nov18 to Dec 18. I bought all the x-men movies in a bundle in between those dates and didn't receive the credits.6 movies 5k credits per movie. If it's because I bought the bundle
it didn't say anything about not buying a bundle and the bundle for 49.99 was offered to me after I clicked on one of the movie selection in that mission. Can you help me out?

And there is one interesting thing - I didn't receive any more promotions on my email since that situation, despite of I purchased MS Points, some game DLCs, gear for my avatar

The checks on the offer page for your previous purchases were just to show you what you had so far for the franchise. Previous purchases were not rewarded by this offer. Some previous purchases were not tracked correctly due to that webpage only
tracking standard edition purchases. I see that some of your past purchases were bonus editions, which is why they were not listed correctly. However, as mentioned, past purchases were not Rewarded by this offer and were just shown to let users see what purchases
they had left to complete their franchises.

Since you did not make any eligible new purchases during the offer period, you did not receive any Rewards Credits from the offer.
