    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as

    Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

    • Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
    • Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
    • Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
    • Hacking, Modding or Cheating

    We ambassadors reply to peoples posts. We don't post general help statement posts like this, which don't get read by people in need.

    There is a discussion post that is kept up by fellow Xbox Ambassador every month reminding us about the deals with gold and games with Gold. I have read the latest of this discussion post today, and remembered that it did say for people to pay attention
    to your time zone and when the free offer becomes effective.

    May I ask, how long have you been trying to download it?

    Any Ambassador program related posts should be posted in the Ambassador forum. You'll need to complete the "Getting Started on the Forums" mission in order to access that forum.

    You'll want to read through the Handbook on the Ambassador site for more information about the program.
