Attempting to purchase Texture pack on console causes game to freeze and reset

I try to purchase Texture pack in the game but it causes the game to freeze and then auto exits out as soon as I attempt in game purchases. I don't know what is happening. The game works fine otherwise. This bundle Texture pack isn't available on the store.

Purchases blocked

I recently got my free copy of Minecraft: Windows 10 edition, and went to purchase a texture pack, upon attempting to buy coins, it said purchases were blocked, and told me to go to the privacy settings on xbox.com, I went there and saw no option to enable
purchases, it's almost as if there was a parent account to mine, but there never was.

No longer receiving Xbox One Minecraft Discount

I checked through my purchase history and it does not show the Minecraft game for some reason, i assume it may be because i add Microsoft credit to my account and use that to purchase items.

However in my purchase history there is several Minecraft texture packages, so these should prove i have once owned the game, only a fool would buy texture packages for a game they did not own.

I also have 40% of Achievements for the game so i obviously played for a period of time.

I know i played the game online because when i was not connected to the internet my worlds did not appear.

I'm just trying to go into texture packs In minecraft store and it locks up. I haven't tried the other things to see if it would lock up as well. I assume it would.

Have you attempted to delete and re-install the HD Texture Pack?

I need help using a texture pack that I purchase with one account using it on another account on the same console. Before if I could do it and now I can't and I would like to be able to use that texture pack with my main account. Please

Granted they are old machines but it's still hit an miss on every console. Some fat and slim Xbox and PS3 do it and of course PC has the problem because not everyone's system is the same. My current 360 is a newer slim and has the problem so go figure. Never
had any of my 360's completely freeze up on me aside from this beta and BF3. I'm willing to bet there's going to be a lot more problems with peoples system freezing once the actual game is released and running the texture pack. Probably gonna tell you to only
install the texture pack and not the game to your hdd like they are doing for GTAV.
