On your hard drive, there is a folder called ''WpSystem'', take ownership of the folder and rename it to ''WpSystem.old'', save and try downloading the game again.

If the problem persists, follow this path, delete everything from the folder, restart your PC and try downloading the game again.

I went through your steps and attempted to install the game onto the H: drive again, and I'm still getting the 0x80070005 error code. I also tried installing another game pass game - Astroneer and am encountering the same issue. It seems to only be games that prompt "This game does not support installation to a specific folder. It will be installed alongside the rest of your Windows apps." are causing the issue.

It is definitely worth a try! Insofar as any patches or fixes for issues you're experiencing, both apps are still currently in Beta and it would be best to let us know the issues more directly via the Feedback area in the app so that issues may be taken
care of as soon as possible. In the app, when you pull out the menu at the bottom, there is an option for Feedback. If you report through there, that can get that information directly to the developers to investigate or add/fix those features. Reporting
these instances is very helpful in improving the performance of the app.
