Attempting to change gamertag from UK

Hi there, I've been trying to change my gamertag through the pc version of the site since I got MCC earlier today. I made a mistake in my gamertag and am now trying to pay to change it, however, whenever I go to pay for it, the billing only allows me to
pay from the US and will not let me change my location to the UK which is where I am from. Any solutions for this?

The website likes to default to the US for some reason. You can change the region in the far bottom left corner of the site.

I've had my region set as UK since I set up this account but whenever I go to pay for the name change it only allows me to have the US as my region and the box is grayed out.

Have you changed your region in the last 90 days. You can only change your region every so often.

The Resistance

You cannot change the country that your Gamertag was entered when you went through the creation process. For example, you cannot change from the UK Dashboard that has UK content etc to the New Zealand dashboard with a Gamertag. Your gamertag will remain
as it was in the UK.

You can sign into Passport.net and go into the Account Management and change your Local to New Zealand. However like I have mentioned above, everything on your XBOX 360 and the Xbox LIVE Dashboard will remain the UK.
