i cant set my home xbox a user with the acc AVL1HOGZ4 stole my information and is trying to steal my games i reset my passwords but cant set my home xbox any help would be great thanks

onyx, i received a letter from microsoft,there was written: suspect enter to your account, i tried to prevent theft acc, but none of microsoft has not responted

Why was Ricknorris65 Perm Banned?

Lately my dad Was Perm. banned for marketplace theft but. He has done nothing of the sort, the only thing he ever dose it play Halo Reach, (has no mike) or watch Netflix someone please tell me a way to get his acc unbanned please.....

I am pretty sure that is considered marketplace theft. If you are attempting to play those games on your profile it wont happen, only on his profile. But again I am pretty sure you are attempting theft so you should just buy your own games
