Attack on Titan 2 online mode crashing

Hello, So Since day one of getting AOT2 for xbox one, the online mode "Another mode" Has not worked. It crashes as soon as you select "Online" from the screen after selecting a character, it tries to load, then blackscreens and completely closes to the dashboard,
I have tried everything from uninstalling and re installing, cold/hard restarting the console, factory resetting the console, contacting xbox support, contacting the developers.....that went no where fast and wasted 4 months of my life of back and forth replies
with them telling me they dont know the problem, kept asking me for info I gave them 5 times already, not replying back for two months and then just straight not replying at all.

I am missing out on the online gameplay and modes.

If anyone can help at all, please.

So Any one who plays A.O.T will no that you can't join any games unless it's a friend on your list so if anyone would like to add me I'll be happy to join you

Will Attack on Titan 2 be added to Games On Demand Preorder Punchcard?

Will the game Attack on Titan 2 be added to Games On Demand Preorder Punchcard promotion in Xbox Rewards? Attack on Titan 2 comes out on March 20, before the Preorder Punchcard ends and it became available for pre-order today.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help with the issue. It looks like you're trying to play Attack on Titan 2 "another mode", unfortunately it looks like it just crashes out once you select a character. It also looks like you've done quite an extensive troubleshooting
on the console and game to get this issue to be fixed. One suggestion that I would like to give is try testing out your multiplayer connection. To do so please follow these steps.

Multiplayer connection test

1. Go to settings on the Xbox one

2. Settings --> Network

3. Network --> Network Settings

4. Network Settings --> Test Multiplayer Connection

This will allow you to know if the NAT type is open/moderate/strict. Once done you can take a look at your detailed network statistics to check and see how fast the download and upload speed is. Please keep us updated with any new information you may have
for us. The more information we can gather the better equipped we are to help solve the problem. I hope the information I provided was helpful in resolving this problem.

I have the same issue and i contacted them for like 3 weeks straight, and they told me they don’t know the problem and i assume working on a fix but what they told me to try out and confirmed that making another profile will allow you to play Another Mode
without it crashing and when i tried it.. it actually worked but the sad thing is that i have to start ALL over on the story mode and everything..

So if you're still having problems with the game crashing, you can always and should give the steps on our support page entitled “My Xbox One game
won’t start or freezes during gameplay” a look through.

Give the steps there a shot and let us know how they helped in resolution to the issue.

The developers have to fix the game, microsoft just publishes it on the store.try to contact them and see if they know anything about the issue.
