Attack on titan 2 "another mod" bug causing crash

So I recently digitally purchased Attack on Titan 2, and everything works just fine with it, Except for the online mode called another mode. So what happens is when I go into Another mode, it goes to a character selection screen,
then to a screen with two options, Online, and Offline, but every time I select "online" a message pops up saying "communicating" for about 3 seconds and then the game closes and goes to the dashboard. I have asked several other people and they say the online
mode works for them and no crashes occur, one of them being a friend I got the game for. This is extremely frustrating because I cannot play online at all with anyone.

Will the game Attack on Titan 2 be added to Games On Demand Preorder Punchcard promotion in Xbox Rewards? Attack on Titan 2 comes out on March 20, before the Preorder Punchcard ends and it became available for pre-order today.

Attack on Titan 2 online mode crashing

I have the same issue and i contacted them for like 3 weeks straight, and they told me they don’t know the problem and i assume working on a fix but what they told me to try out and confirmed that making another profile will allow you to play Another Mode
without it crashing and when i tried it.. it actually worked but the sad thing is that i have to start ALL over on the story mode and everything..

It's none of those because my friend logged in to my account in a different city, and it still happened. I think It's something with my account.

Update: His Another Mode works just fine, I also tried his character and I could go online. I have completely restarted from scratch, and it still did the same thing, I can't even go to their official site to look for help.

This type of issue is happening only when trying to connect to online mode on this particular game or does it happen to any games when trying to play multiplayer?

What you could do is this to test it out.

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their console's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

(To find the Xbox One IP address, press the Xbox button to open the dashboard, go to System > Settings > General > Network settings, then select Advanced settings.)

It's the game my friend. Xbox/ microsoft won't help, kind of messed up they can sell a product where the online doesn't even work for it. I tried contacting koei and they just brushed it off like xbox and keep trying to blame your internet. It's the game with a game breaking bug that they don't want to fix since it's old. Just never buy a product from them again.

I too never got my code for, "Season 101 of Attack on Titan free with purchase of Attack on Titan the game." It's been over 2 weeks.
