Attack on Titan 2 "12 episode pack" issue

Hi, I have been having issues with the "Attack on Titan 2" game after purchasing the 12 episode set. I can't even get into the title screen anymore. The game keeps saying my downloaded content has been deleted and it keeps telling me to select my account.
Has anyone been able to fix this problem and play the game again? Or is anyone having the same issue after buying the set? I'd really like to know, I just wanna play the game again at this point and any information would be nice to hear.

Attack on Titan: Season 1 Purchase

Last month I purchased the season pack of Attack on Titan season 1 in HD; when it was on sale for $17.99 on Xbox Video. Now I know for a fact that there are more than 23 episodes for season 1, because episode 24 is listed on the anime network; however episode
24 is not listed in my tv show section when in fact it should be. I shouldn't have to purchase a single episodes knowing that I purchased the full season.

Is there anyway this issue can be resolved, or perhaps I can be compensated?

 

Attack on titan Deal

So I did the Attack on titan Deal but I only got half of season one... where are the other twelve episodes?

 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling everything? Or a hard reset of your Xbox?

 

Try uninstalling the addons and check if the game works. This is to know whether this issue is due to a bug in one of the addons or the game itself. If it's the game, try re-installing it.
