ATT u-verse audio issues

Discus and support ATT u-verse audio issues in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Everytime i try to watch u-verse throughmthe xbox i have to change the STB audio output from surround sound to stereo just to get it to play the audio...     ATT u-verse audio issues


    Everytime i try to watch u-verse throughmthe xbox i have to change the STB audio output from surround sound to stereo just to get it to play the audio without stuttering. In doing so the audio plays without the stutter but theres a popping sound and i have
    to crank the volume up just the hear it. Am I the only one experiencing this?

    att uverse, windows 8 , windows media center ,xbox 360

    cannot get window media center to connect since I got att u verse. I have windows 8.

    ATT u-verse audio issues

    I have just started get a similar problem with my U-Verse. I was always using stereo. So, I don't know about your surround sound issue. The problem I am having is that the audio quality is terrible. If I skip the Xbox One and go right into the TV with HDMI,
    it is fine. But, though the HDMI on the Xbox One the audio is choppy. I've had the Xbox One since launch day and this has just started in the last couple weeks.

    What I had to do was set up my logitech harmony 900 to have 2 activities. 1 is watch Xbox one, so the Xbox one controls are active, and a second for DVR, which does the DVR activities. I have all set to leave power on when done using.

    So when I want to watch TV, I select it on the Xbox one then switch on the remote. Works great. Wife could do it without complaining, so its gotta be simple right?

    There is one problem though, with the Kinect on, the IR blast from it is too powerful and drowns out the IR From my remote. I have to turn off the Kinect to use the Harmony 900 without delays. Its probably due to the reflection off the glass coffee table.

    I have the same issue with U-Verse and the Motorola Set Top Box. I will re-run the setup again. I thought I already set the manufacturer as motorola.

    I am using a Harmony 880 and have it setup where I can access the dvr items. It's pretty much a perfect solution except I need to represent the U-verse directional arrows in the custom button screen.
