    Dolby Atmos Problem bei 4K Filmen

    Hi Leute,

    ich hab folgendes Problem, meine Xbox One X spielt die Dolby Atmos App sowie Assassin’s Creed Origins perfekt im Dolby Atmos Tonformat ab.

    Sobald ich einen 4K Film einlege (Logan, John Wick) mit einer Dolby Atmos Tonspur (Englisch) bekomme ich nur noch ein Dolby True HD Tonformat angezeigt. Ist das ein generelles Problem?

    Vielleicht hat jemand das selbe Problem...

    BUG: With Dolby Atmos activated, all apps used Fallback to PCM 2.0

    Same problem here with my Denon X3200W. Displays Dolby Surround (receiving a 2.0 signal) on everything except the Atmos app (Which shows as Atmos on the receiver)

    Atmos Problem

    at least Atmos works for you in some instances.

    Denon AVR-X3300 here and I lose all audio after a few minutes. I have to change it to uncompressed 7.1 to have any kind of stable audio output.

    Dolby Surround is a upscaler from a not atmos source like 5.1 or 2.0 to surround with use of al your speakers like 5.1.2 or higher.

    dts neuralx is the same upscaling system from dts

    You had no problem with atmos, you think you had.

    Now with the new firmware update the xbox one x is a broken thing with netflix

    With a non atmos source the receiver must do the upscaling but now the xbox puts out a 2.0 or 5.1 stream in a atmos package, and no sound is comming out your atmos speakers.

    What in the HELL is microsft doing. I hate switching back and forth. I run Directv into my xbox. I want to use Dolby Surround so all my speakers are active. Also with Atmos active Pandora is two channel. Xbox should know what we are listening to and auto
    switch.

    *maybe* this "problem" is exactly how the Dolby Atmos App on Xbox One X works.

    Dolby Atmos native content? perfect! Dolby Atmos playback.

    No Dolby Atmos? the App upmix current audio track to Dolby Atmos (the headphones features works in this way).

    I don't know if is intentional.

    I can confirm that atmos works with the TV/soundbar setup.

    Jack ryan on amazon prime is in Atmos, and the atmos lights up when played.

    sounds like this is an XBOX problem.

    I'm an insider , I have Dolby atmos. And for .games with atmos I have no problem . Netflix only certain shows and movies for me work with atmos, so I would say Netflix problem.

    I had to set my xbox directly into the hdmi in on the sound system. 🤔

    In my case the problem is not netflix since neither games are appearing as atmos on the receiver. only bluray movies are playing in atmos on xbox :(
