atio6axx.dll file causing minecraft to crash

Whenever i play minecraft, it has some weird info in the logs file, to be exact it says:

    [Thread-22/INFO]: OpenGL debug message: id=1014, source=API, type=ERROR, severity=HIGH, message='No detailed debug message due to a non-debug context'

it repeats itself a lot in the logs, but not always causes the game to crash.

    It crashes sometimes. For example:

-when i bring up the f3 menu

-when i change my texture packs

-when i go to my inventory

-mostly just when im walking around

The second thing, is that whenever minecraft crashes, in event viever i always see this:

    AppName">javaw.exe

    AppVersion">8.0.51.16

    AppTimeStamp">55763d32

    ModuleName">atio6axx.dll

    ModuleVersion">32.0.12033.1030

    ModuleTimeStamp">6746ea14

    ExceptionCode">c0000005

    FaultingOffset">0000000000355180

    ProcessId">0x19f8

    ProcessCreationTime">0x1dbc29c8fe0e951

    The things i've already done:

-Reinstalled and tried many versions of amd drivers (now i have 24.12 installed cuz the 25.x was even more buggy to minecraft)

    -reinstalled java

    -reinstalled minecraft

-tried temurin java (but it didnt work)

-tried lowering my render distance and graphic settings

-even contacted microsoft, it did work for a while tho. later it was just crashing again

and the error code is always without a exception -1073741819

If anyone could actually solve this problem, i would be very grateful.

    :)

Why cant i play minectraft exit code -1073740940

Hello, I'm Felipe and I'm an independent Community Advisor, and I'll do my best to help you.

The "exit code -1073740940" error is a common issue that Minecraft players encounter, and it is usually caused by a variety of factors, including corrupted game files, outdated or incompatible graphics drivers, insufficient RAM, or conflicts with antivirus or firewall software.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Update your graphics drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can cause Minecraft to crash. Visit your graphics card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Allocate more RAM: Minecraft requires a certain amount of RAM to run smoothly. If your computer doesn't have enough RAM allocated to Minecraft, it can cause the game to crash. To allocate more RAM to Minecraft, open the Minecraft Launcher and click "Installations," then click "Edit" on the installation you want to change. In the "More Options" section, change the "-Xmx" value to a higher number. For example, "-Xmx2G" will allocate 2GB of RAM to Minecraft.

Disable antivirus and firewall software: Sometimes antivirus or firewall software can interfere with Minecraft and cause it to crash. Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software to see if this resolves the issue.

Reinstall Minecraft: If the above steps don't work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Minecraft. This will delete all the game files and download fresh files from the Minecraft website.

Contact Minecraft support: If the issue persists after trying these steps, you may need to contact Minecraft support for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific troubleshooting steps or escalate the issue to their development team.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue and get back to playing Minecraft!

Oxenfree keeps crashing during loading screen

I contacted them on Twitter, they said their aware of the games constant crashing and already in works for fixing it.

@Wedjwants - jeez, that sucks, have you tried uninstalling at all or anything to see if that helps, or deleting the save file to see if that's causing the crash?

I had it crash during the actual save part it corrupted my file when I tried loading, thankfully I waited a few minutes tried loading and it worked fine but if it's crashing during saving then I worry save file corruption might be causing some more issues.

Xbox Wireless Adapter (BSOD) 100% Replication

The minidump files show a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133) stop error caused by the xboxgip.sys:

    BugCheck 133, {0, 501, 500, fffff8003b573358}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for win32k.sys

    Probably caused by : xboxgip.sys ( xboxgip!gipHandleAudioData+1ce )

The xboxgip.sys is an Xbox related driver.

However there was heavy network activity during the crash so the crash could have actually been caused by a third party driver involved in networking,

Can you provide the following file which has more information on the crash:

    C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

The memory.dmp file will be quite large, you could zip and compress the memory.dmp file with a third party application such as 7-Zip.

    360s red screen w/new HDD?

A faulty HDD can be indicated by Red Screen, as dashboard system files can become defragmented or cause corrupted file heirachy, and crash while rendering etc.
