AT&T: Filter Mac addresses

    AT&T (ISPs): Filter Mac addresses
    I went to Advanced settings, alternate Mac address, hit clear, and reconnected. Done.

    Belkin: MAC Filtering

    Belkin (Modems/Gateways): MAC Filtering
    Login Information



    • Gateway: 192.168.2.1
    • Username: none
    • Password: none

    MAC Filtering



    1. Open a web browser on a computer.
    2. Type the address “192.168.2.1” into the web address bar.
    3. Click on “Submit” when prompted for a password.
    4. On the left hand side, under “Firewall” settings, click on “MAC address filtering”
    5. Check the “Enable MAC Address Filtering” option.
    6. Add a MAC address from a device network into the “MAC Address” box.
    7. Click the “Add” button.
    8. Click on “Apply Changes”


    Disable MAC Filtering



    1. Open a web browser on a computer.
    2. Type the address “192.168.2.1” into the web address bar.
    3. Click on “Submit” when prompted for a password.
    4. On the left hand side under “Firewall” settings, click on “MAC address filtering”
    5. Uncheck the “Enable MAC Address Filtering” option.
    6. Click on “Apply Changes”
