AT&T decides to kill the Xbox One experience

If anyone has recently been having network difficulties on the Xbox One and is a U-verse subscriber here is the reason why. Anyone with a 2-wire modem should be aware of a recent firmware upgrade that was released disabling tunneling (Teredo IP address)
ability to use IPv6. There is a simple fix they say for this, which is for you to pay $100 to upgrade to the Motorola NVG589 for the price of 100 dollars. They want you to pay for a new modem, because they broke the old one.

Free Dedicated Servers for ALL XB1 Games if Developer wants them...

I'll make this quick & easy for you guys: regardless of how the developers decide to use Microsoft's dedicated servers (if at all), it's still going to largely be a better experience on the Xbox One than on the Xbox 360. No matter what, based on what Microsoft's

Just so you know, IPv6 with Att does not currently work properly system wide. There are some backend issues. Getting a NVG589 is not going to fix it. Also IPv6 is not even needed to connect to Xbox live. Having fully functional IPv6 right now is just a personal
choice and is not a requirement. And one other thing about the NVG589 is that it does not have UPnP built into it. Getting an open Nat on Xbox one can be difficult for people!! I know this because I have the NVG589 and the IPv6 has to be disabled on it for
things to work properly, until Att fixes the backend issues.
