    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Please help. Wont let me connect to xbox live

    Hi! Have you tried to actually test your connection to XBOX Live? There could be a bunch of different reasons as to why you can't actually connect to XBOX LIVE. Please take a look at this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../cant-connect-to-xbox-live-wizard.aspx    . Also please note, if you are using AT&T as your Internet Service Provider, earlier this morning it was reported that XBOX Live customers using AT&T were having issues connecting to XBOX Live and
    it was being worked on. If you need more assistance please post back.
