AT&T 2 Wire connection to the XBOX Live (Xbox1) can't stay connected longer then 30 ...

I recently moved to my grandmothers house while temporary as my house gets finished, She has a ATT 2Wire 2701 Hg-B router, and I cannot keep connected to xbox live longer then 30-45mins at a time without getting booted. I used to have this problem with ATT
before with my 360 but ended just changing Internet Service Provider, however that option is unavailable this, is there anything I can do to keep connected while using this modem...I also have a Net Gear 750 modem but I dont know if it can be used to help
my situation..

Is anyone familiar with this?

Xbox one is still messing up, and its getting worse

xbox one is a joke. my 12 year old xbox 360 can stay connected to live all day long, play games, stream movies, whatever I want it to do. however my brand new xbox one can't stay connected for more than 30 seconds at a time. it's ridiculous

 

Xbox App Stream from Xbox One issues

Xbox1 streaming - works sometimes.

My set up-

I have 4 xbox1's all connected via ethernet wire (cat 5e or >)

(2 xbox1's) are connected via netgear gigabit switch

(2 xbox1's) go directly to gigabit router.

2 computers also connected via gigabit switch.

both computers have gigabit network cards.

Problem:

Has been working great up until about one week ago. Now randomly getting network connection problems. I was running at medium quality, and then set to low quality but still no difference.

Ran stream test from windows 10 xbox1 app and got 4 green check marks.

Tried restarting all units connected, changed out patch cables to cat 6, changed old gigabit switch to new netgear gigabit switch to match gigabit router.

Frustrating how it works then it does not... Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
