    Randomly throughout the day I get randomly disconected from matches game after game. It won't really stop unless I give up on play for an hour or two.

    I've reset the router but that works as a temporary solution. Eventually the issues come back.

    Also on wired connection btw, Open Nat type, 80 DL 11 UL with around 90 ms latency.

    I don't know how to fix this.

    Game load help needed - WOT start up and kicks me out of Xbox live

    I was able to load the mercenaries update yesterday. then, every time i start the game i get 'disconnected from xbox live'. so, i reconnect and leave current game and do it all over again. only to get disconnected to xbox live again at the WOT startup
    screen. i've uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. any ideas????

    Disconnected from LIVE every time I start Sonic Generations

    I posted this on the games forum but no one is answering. The other day I tried to play Sonic Generations (I have it on disc) and I was prompted to download an update. Everything went fine until I found out I was disconnected from LIVE. However, when
    i exited the game, it reconnected automatically. I booted the game again and the message "Disconnected from LIVE" appeared.

    I tried clearing the cache, deleting and downloading my profile again, switching from wired to wifi and blah blah blah with no results.

    I'm not the only one with this issue if you take a look at the forums.

    I hope we get a fix soon.

    Social page is severely broken.

    Same problem again. This time it's been 6 days. When I try to go into the social page to send/receive gifts, the page is slow to paint, at which point I get disconnected, or, the page paints and then I get disconnected. Have had this problem for 4 days now.
    Any ideas?

    Try forwarding the ports, disable and enable UPnP, recover the Gamertag, if you have a USB stick move your Gamertag to a USB and try using it from there.

    Hope it will work.

    I've been playing now 5 days using the composite cables, without any disconnections. So it has to be the HDMI that was the problem. I'm just going to buy another generic HDMI cable and see how that goes. If I get disconnected that means it's not the HDMI.
    If I don't get disconnected, looks like I just got bad luck with a faulty HDMI and I'll throw it out. I'll reply when I test things out. Thank you for helping me Mister Darcy, I'll keep you updated.

    Well I have the exact same error codes as you with just the channel that differs. I'm using an Xbox official Hdmi cable which I can't say is helping if the Hdmi lead is the problem.

    No, I am not using Microsoft's HDMI cable because it doesn't come with the Xbox 360 Slim. I have a HDMI cable which I bought from Amazon.ca. It was really cheap.

    I only have the 1 HDMI cable so I can't try switching out for another one.

    The component cables also do not come with the Xbox 360 Slim. I do have the composite cables though, and I tried using them and the connection was still at 1 and 2 bars. I don't think it's the HDMI. I don't know what it is

    Also, I tried some of those steps and they don't seem to work. Everyone else in my house using wireless connection is fine, whether it's another console or laptop. I think it has to do with the TV...

    Maybe if I tried changing the channel on my modem. It's currently at channel 9.. How do you do that??
