At my absolute wit's end with Xbox App game installation

Hello, I would like to preface this by stating I have been dealing with this issue for almost 2 years now. It has been the reason that I have missed out on plenty of game releases on game pass and new game releases in the past which require me to install via Xbox App. I recently installed Windows 11 in hope of fixing this issue, even reinstalled and formatted everything, but it seems I am the only one with this persisting issue.

The main issue that I am having with this app comprises of 2 things:

1. When I open the app, I cannot sign in. The only way I can is to end the Storage Service background process

2. I cannot install games on my PC no matter what. Every time I click install on a game in the Xbox app, it says '()Unknown available' for the drives so I cannot install any games. Can't select or change drives in the Xbox app general setting either. It only works by chance by ending Storage Service and immediately clicking install, however it will only allow me to install to C: drive and no where else since they are not listed. I have 3 SSDs and 1 HDD.

I have tried every known solution in the book ranging from:

• Choosing and saving the drives from which new apps are installed
  
• Restarting and starting all Xbox services and setting them to automatic
  
• Uninstalled/re-installed/repair/reset the Xbox app dozens of times
  
• Delete GamingServices from registry and reinstalling Gaming Services through Windows store
  
• Ran the commands get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers andGet-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers through Windows Powershell
  
• Ended Storage Service hundreds of times
  
• And most recently, re-installed Windows and wiped my drives completely. My drives are all NTFS (Possibly an issue with Windows 10 partitions?)
  

I have spent countless hours on this issue and have had several mental breakdowns trying to resolve this issue. I have searched all across the internet for a solution, but to no avail. I have inquired how to fix this issue numerous times, but to no avail. I have pulled my hair out, screamed from the top of my lungs, blasphemed, cursed Microsoft, and have had so much stress added to my life from this app. I have waited 2 years for it to be fixed since it was in beta. Have tried so many times to install the games I've wanted to play on the Xbox app and Windows Store, and have missed out on so many great deals and games on Game pass. This happens to both games that I have purchased and Game Pass games. This has been the breaking point for me and Windows. I have given feedback on this issue a myriad of times, but it has never been fixed. Please I beg anyone to find a solution to my woes so that I can finally find solace from this issue.
