astros a40's voice chat issue

Discus and support astros a40's voice chat issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hello i'm looking for some help. i have my astro a40's and mixamp hooked up correctly have all the updates but they wont pick up my voice for chat....     astros a40's voice chat issue


    hello i'm looking for some help. i have my astro a40's and mixamp hooked up correctly have all the updates but they wont pick up my voice for chat. i've sent them in to astro twice and they just sent them back saying i should look up how to set them up,
    which i have multiple times. anybody else having this issue?

    HELP!

    Elgato HD cap card working fine, Astros A40 working fine minus chat. almost ready to go.

    Anybody else having chat issues with the Polk 4 Shots?

    Try recording your voice in Upload Studio. I've heard the issue only lies in party / game chat.

    7-8 people with A40's + Adapter have this issue.

    all i can say is make sure you update them before using them also if you want the best then go with ASTRO i use ASTRO A40's got them in 2011 and work fine im getting the new GEN 2 astro a40's next week they say they work for ps4 but they work fine with xbox
    one you just need a mic cable and chat adaptor the mic cable is £6you can also get wireless astros which are the a50's also if you dont care for 5.1 or 7.1 then the astro a40's built for xbox one and the mix amp is on the controller they are £170 and stereo

    Xo sevens or astro a40s for x1?

    Astro A40's are better. I tried the Xo sevens but it is a stereo headset for 159.99, Ridiculous. Get Astro A40's or A50's. They are super comfortable they have memory foam and they are one of the best headset manufacturers. And they are Surround sound.
