    Astroneer won't open on PC


    For some weird reason Astroneer will not open on my PC, all my other games are working perfectly. I have no idea what to do next...

    Troubleshooting I have tried:

    I have signed in and out - no change

    I have restarted my computer - no change

    I have no available updates for game or PC

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled game - no change

    It seems that your Windows version is up to date. Since you have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be an issue with the game only. Would it be fine if you can try contacting Astroneer support for further advice? You will need to report the bug to them so that they can provide a fix for it.     I'm sorry to hear that. Please go to Settings > System > About. What is the Windows Version you see under Windows Specifications?
