Astroneer won't open from the Microsoft store.

It has only been a problem for this game and no other games, although some of the Microsoft items that I download from the Microsoft store don't work incredibly well. I have contacted the Astroneer support through the discord server. They tried to help but they had no idea how to fix it considering I have tried nearly everything they recommended. It may be my computers updating because it is not 100% up to date because it does not work or update. (picture provided) I have looked up the error I get from this and have seen "fixes" none of which worked, but would love a way to fix this. Yet another problem is I am unable to factory reset my pc, with or without saving any data. It tries to reset but fails to do so halfway through. a fix to any of these problems would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry this took so long. i forgot i made this thread. I use a custom pc with a GTX 1050 with a cpu of intel core i7-4771. on the store page it said that my pc should work with it. I have tried to launch it through the xbox app with no luck either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. i have tried all the fixes from the thread you had mentioned, and many others, with no changes or fixes.

I would also try if you haven't making sure to let the developers know that you are having this issue. And just to make sure we have all relevant details:

• Could you let me know what operating system you are using?
  
• Could you let me know If you've only downloaded from the Microsoft store app, or if you've tried downloading and installing through the Xbox app or launching from the Desktop as well?
  
• It would also be good to go ahead and start a support ticket with the developers just in case they may have a fix for this on their end. Astroneer | A Game of Aerospace Industry and Interplanetary Exploration
  

Just in case I am also downloading Astroneer from the Xbox Store app then the Microsoft Store app to see if I can reproduce the issue. Which as I am typing now it worked fine after downloading from the Xbox app on Windows 11, will be trying from the Microsoft store app here soon and the Xbox app on Windows 10.

Just in case, I will continue to help with Astroneer Troubleshooting because it has to do with gaming, however, for the windows update issues, I've moved this thread to the Windows forum because there are lots of people within the forum that can provide the best troubleshooting and solutions here rather than in Gaming & Xbox.

No worries, on that. Could you confirm that you've contacted the developer support for Astroneer as well and if you have if they have confirmed that the source of the issue is from our end or not just in case. And I presume that this is an issue only occuring with this game specifically, any other games you have downloaded run and work fine?
