Astroneer Preview is a fraud, I would like to be refunded

The game "developper", System Era claims no responsability on the Xbox One version of their product and have sold a defunct product not meant for consoles knowingly (the game suffer from a constant fps drop which takes hold after barely an hour of aging
the game --- YET, System Era has categorized the issue as " Will Not Fix", meaning, Astroneer will always be under the 60 fps standard -- it maintains below 30 fps already, dropping to frame-by-frame after aging period).

System Era fraudulously sells Astroneer on xbox one, knowing it does not run (not compatible) on the console. Please Refund Xbox Users of this very bad product.

Bought game, only a preview?

We recently bought an Xbox one for my little brother and he really wanted astroneer, so temporarily we got him the preview.

Today we decided to buy it for him but once we bought it all that appeared in our "games and apps" menu was the preview. If we go back to the store and search astroneer up the full game doesnt appear, only the preview. I haven't found any similar problems
online, help would be appreciated.

When you made the purchase you must have noticed the first part or the game listings that this game is a work in progress. You would have also been given 60 minutes to trial the game for free to allow you to decide if you wish to purchase it in it's current
state of development.

Plus install probably and the game an donline mode do add to the requirements

Without the extra free space the game will be buggy and needs the free space to play not for the game itself.
