Astroneer crashing before even launching

I did indeed once and that was before i coudl even play orignally i couldnt play at all it would crash everytime i launched but i guess i played more and more and now i have gameplay but it crashes whenever i pause

Hey calimero24! Because Astroneer is an Xbox Preview game you can sometimes run in to issues like this as it is still be worked on at this time. Your best bet is to post over on the

Astroneer forums to see if anyone else is seeing this issue and may have a solution for it. Thanks!

wait i didnt do it but its working now so far, i can download things like doom and astroneer and run them fine, i think it has been fixed

edit: i just launched doom and it closes it before it loads

It's been completely stable since the December update and even before then the crashing had settled down a lot from the launch to that update. I may be one of the lucky ones but this game has been brilliant for me.
