Astroneer Black Screen

I was trying to instal Astroneer onto my laptop and it successfully has. However, I am not able to play the game. I try opening it yo and all I get is an endless black screen. Does anyone know how I can fix this.

Astroner is the only game I've installed that wouldn't work. Relaunching it would go to a black screen as well. But it worked after I reinstalled it. So if hard resetting your console and reinstalling dosen't help maybe you could request a refund.

astroneer also doesn't get past the loading screen after it working for a week or so but all other games work fine

Gamepass certainly gives a lot of choices. Some of my favs are Black Desert, Deus EX, Astroneer, Bard's Tale and Battle Chasers. All goodies and fun too.

Astroner took awhile for me to load the first time I played it. The game would go to a black screen and sit. Reinstalling fixed the problem. I remember the game was slow loading but twenty minutes is too long. Subnautica is the longest loading game
I have ever played and it takes about three minutes to load. Have you hard resetted your console to see if that will help as well?
