    Astro Mixamp Pro not assigning to profile


    I just received an Astro Mixamp Pro and when I plug it into my Xbox it does not assign to a profile and I can't speak in game or party chat. I have the up to date firmware on both the mixamp and the Xbox. I have tried unplugging and replugging, and plugging
    the usb into the alternate ports on the xbox. When I go into accessory settings and select assign and click on my profile, nothing happens. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    I tried Turtle Beach's X41. That was awful. Tritton's AX Pro had hiss. Astro A30/A40 and the MixAmp and MixAmp 5.8? No issues.
