    My sons astro headset A50 3:rd generation is not working with the microphone. Xbox one says noo micophone and we have followe all steps in installtion guide and looked att google as well and have changed the head set to a new one but nothing works. Nobody
    can hear when my son are talking-but everyting else is working but not his microphone. Help please -it was so expensive this heas et and he can´t use it.

    According to Astro's website the a40's and a50's have the ability to process the stereo output from the Xbox one into 5.1 or 7.1. I have the Astro a50's and they seem to be processing the signal to 5.1 like the astro website stated. They also recommended
    to have the 7.1 button turned on.
