Astro A50 issue

i game with the Astro A50 headset and im having an issue where after playing for a little, i will randomly hear some static in the headset and then my controller will either turn off, or it turns off then turns back on really quick and i lose the chat function
of my headset. i will have to hold down the white button, click turn off controller, then turn it back on manually, then my chat abilities come back. sometimes i have to do this multiple times in a gaming session

sometimes the notification on the screen telling me to reconnect the controller comes up, other times it doesnt.

it also only does this with the chat cable plugged into the controller. i can game all day with no chat cable and not experience the problem

As stated in the Astrogaming blog, this update is for the MixAmp Pro, it is not for the A50s.

I'm not sure if this is on the Xbox side or the Astro side causing the issue. So I'm just wondering. I updated the firmware on my headset, the mixamp, my controller, and have the March update. My chat works find and my gaming audio works fine. My issue is
that I can't hear my party in chat unless I go into the options of the game I'm playing and turn down the game audio to a super low level, even then my chat is super quiet. Is there a way to adjust chat volume on the Astro A50s on the Xbox One?

 

same issue... firmware update did not solve. i'm pumped to see the overwhelming response to this issue. hahaha. :|
