Astro A50 headset

Discus and support Astro A50 headset in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've tried everything and followed all steps including updating headset and Maxamp and nothing seem to work.     Astro A50 headset


    I've tried everything and followed all steps including updating headset and Maxamp and nothing seem to work. I have both PS4 and X1 and headsets work without an issues on PS4 but trying to connect it with X1 and no sound. I've tried everything. Called Xbox
    support and were told to call Astro which I did and they said the issue is Microsoft so I gave up calling because all they did was blame one another without trying to help.

    Anyone else has an issue connecting their Astro A50 with the X1?

    Anyone using Astro A50 headsets? If yes, what are you doing that I am not?

    Astro A50 headset is compatible with everything.

    Still no Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround after update

    Astro a40/a50 headsets support dolby digital, not dts to my knowledge

    I am having the exact same problem with my a50s. I was going to contact microsoft and see what they could do for me. But from this post it seems like they would be as much help to me as astro was.

    2. For the Turtle Beach headset, yes. For the Astros, I am using the Astro supplied adapter.

    Just get yourself an Astro A40 or A50 headset. Done! Total quality!!!
