Astro A50 headset with Xbox One

I am extremely disappointed with XBox's live customer service. I registered to get into their queue for a callback from a live representative to help with my Astro A50 headset because my kid was playing Xbox with it and could hear people but the microphone
wasn't working so I was wanting to know if there was a setting that the Xbox had that would make the microphone turn back on again. When I got a live representative I asked about this and he put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back on the line again
and asked me to disconnect the headset from the Xbox. Next thing I know I heard a click and he hung up on me. I waited for about 10 minutes to see if he would call me back but I never received a call back so I went back online again to support and entered
to get back in the queue again to have a live person call me back. I received a call back about 90 minutes later and it was the same guy that had helped me before. When I asked if he was the same person that helped me with my A50 headset again he hung up on
me I heard a click. The guy's name was Raffi. I'm pretty sure it was him both times. I am extremely upset and I'm going to call for a manager to call me back tomorrow when they open up again. That was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. But in the meantime,
is there someone out there that can help me troubleshoot my A50 headset. My daughter was playing Xbox one yesterday and using the headset and was talking to some of her friends while playing a game, and all of a sudden the microphone went out but she could
still hear them. Is there anyone out there that can help me with this problem?
