Astro a50 headset gen3 mic not working on xbox one x after April update.

So my headset was working until i did a hard restart on my xbox. Tried everything to fix it the mic wont work in party chat its muted and the symbol shows up. Tried hard reset on xbox and the headset itself. Ive tried adding a new account on xbox live
so i can try and assign the headset to the new profile. Tried switching the console and computer switch back and forth on the base station still no luck. Is there a way to down grade my xbox to previous update.

Usually, if you are having a problem with a headset, the best course of action to troubleshooting would be to try the steps outlined in

Xbox One Chat Headset troubleshooting. However, seeing as that model of headset is wireless, some of those steps may not apply and I suggest getting in contact with

Astro Gaming support directly to see if they have additional troubleshooting that would.

i just got of the phone to xbox support and they have said they are no longer supporting 3rd party headsets

i have a solution all you need to do is manually update your docking station on your computer with this: Europa
firmware. .afw it will fix any mic problem
