I have an Astro a50 gen4 headset and want to know how to set it up on windows 10. I see some people saying to use optical and some people saying to use only USB. All of it is confusing me. Which do I use, I want to use atmos if possible.

If possible i would like either a photo or diagram for this because i have both a wired and wireless(A50 Gen4) but i would prefer to use the A50

Hi, thank you for the tip but I am using the Elite 2 Controller with built-in battery so I can’t do a swap. I’ll try to use a standard controller to see if this is related.

Can I ask you which headset are you using ? I have an astro a50 gen4 with the dolby atmos licence, I don’t know if it’s a known issue.
