Astro A40 with M80 mix amp not working since March 30 update

On or around March 30th the left side of my headset quite working with my Xbox One X after a update. Ive tried multiple controlers, updating the controlers, changing the setting. NOTHING WORKS. Its not the headset. My friends headset works perfectly with
my console and controlers. The only difference is the M80 mixamp that functions similarly to the Xbox headset adapter. I CAN NOT USE THE HEADSET WITHOUT THE MIX AMP. HELP?!

have you tried the m80 and a40's on your friends controller on his xbox? i use this same setup and mine all still works fine, have you got a cable to try plugging the a40's directly into a controller to see if it works without the mixamp?

I have. I even went out and purchased a new A40 headset and mixamp and still the same results.

I have an Astro A40 and Mix Amp M80 and it works great, I can't say I have had any issues with it.

There is an 'adapter' like device which plugs into the Xbox One controller via USB connection, but that is included. (or at least with the one I got).

Just be sure to do your research before purchasing a headset to make sure that will work in the way that you want it too.

I don't have the Audio option there either, I am using an Astro A40 + Mix Amp M80. The Mix Amp has a built in game and voice balancer, as well as volume control, So I've never really needed that.

Do you have a headset that is plugged in to the controller and registered by the Xbox?

I have problems with my A40 + M80 mix amp with intermittent sound drop out. Anyone else finding this and if you are have you been able to fix the problem?

My controller and Xbone is updated.
