    Hey there!

    An ASTRO Rep on their Reddit forum suggested to a user with the exact same issue you're having to let the headset run out of battery and charge it back up. This should fix your issue, if not they mentioned making sure your headset is under warranty. I would
    give that a try and if it doesn't work I would contact ASTRO support.

    We can't find a microphone for these people Error msg

    I fixed it by going to settings, volume, setup & AV Control. set the audio to Stereo. I am using The Astro A20 wireless headset.
