    Astria Ascending controller issue


    Downloaded Astria Ascending through game pass as soon as it was available on Xbox One. Game launches fine, but on the new/load game screen, the controller becomes completely unresponsive, except for the guide button. I have tried hard resetting my console (recommended as a work around elsewhere) and a few other things, but the issue still occurs.

    Is this going to be investigated and fixed in future?

    Thank you for letting me know, it that didn’t work please try to perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Unplug your console for 2 minutes.

    3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    It is the only game it has happened with, i have just uninstalled and reinstalled, but that didn't rectify the issue.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    As I have checked, there are no any known issue for the game so we need to isolate the issue further.

    Is this the only game that you’re having an issue with? If yes, please uninstall and reinstall the game.

    Xbox one controller problems.

    Im also having the same problem, i think it is due to a drop that damaged the sensor.

    Its moving up in an ascending speed.

    I hope microsoft will allow us to tune the zero zone of the controller.
