    Hello ! I try to record my xbox controller and my xbox to see of it is still with the assurance because the left stick and the arrow works bad (not sure is understable) i search for return the controller but i don't know if i can ;( i buy the xbox the october
    21, 2015. And is the controller with the xbox. I have a bad english sorry

    Assurance ?

    The controllers are not typically under warranty (covered by insurance as you've put it). The system is under a limited 1 year warranty from the date of purchase but accessories other than the Kinect aren't really covered. The Elite controller has some
    accessories like the magnetized thumbsticks and underside buttons but that is really it. Check the link below for more information.

    I have finally receive the famous shipping label from UPS

    I had to change my email adress for that... too strange.

    Now, i hope to receive the new joystick without problem.
