Associate gamertag with different family member

I am interested to put time restrictions on my childs use of the XBOX.

I have two family members in my account. Myself (adult) and one other (child).

Problem is, the gamertag being used by my son is tied to Myself. Since I am an adult, the time restrictions are not available.

Is there anyway to move the gamertag from Myself to Other family member? OR Is there anyway to set time restictions for myself (adult account)? Either of these will work for me

I don't want to force my son to create a new gamertag just so I can set time controls.

Can't Update Credit Card, or Renew Membership + No Family Option?

Hi There, .......have the primary of the family pack add you back in as a member of the family plan. If you don't want to be a member of the family plan any more then you will have to associate your profile with a new parental account.

How come there's an option to associate my gamertag with a different Windows Live ID whenever I get on the Xbox if that was impossible?

does anyone besides you have acces to your account and WLID/password? maybe a friend, family member?

or have you signed into a site recently and was asked your Gamertag and WLID associated with it?

I figured it out, i was trying to use logic. Should have realuzed its microsoft you have to do everything backwards

Does the scenario you describe allow any of the gamertags to play on either of the consoles, or does the gamertag associated with the XBL account have to stay on the home console?

Ultimately, I'd like to have any of my family members play on any of the Xbox's.
