Italy. Let me say that it s very strange you dont have an assistance point in Italy. I need to comunicate only in english. Exactly as I buy a chinese item. So , i bought in april an Xbox one X. After few months i had issue (twice) with controller and now
with console. But , today i realized that the assistance point is in Germany. Wow. One of the big company in the world has:

- only 1 assistance point. That means i need to stop my console minimum 1 month. Thanks. Good quality. After only 5 months.

- life time of controller is 2 months. Congratulation

- we can talk only in english. Very good

- not possible to solve problem by remote. Your phone technician gave me instruction to reset the console. Now i lost my Download and my console doesnt work.

- ...i wrong to choose xbox one x. Never change Playstation with xbox. A big big my mistake
