    Assistance with ban


    I received a message from Xbox saying my account had enforcement action. The initial message stated that my ban was for two weeks and would end June 30, 2017 at midnight. I went to sign in today and the ban is still active. After checking the enforcement
    page, I saw that the ban was extended until the end of September, 2017. I was NOT notified about the extended ban, nor told why. I would like to know why the ban was extended AND why Microsoft did not inform me of additional action.

    https://enforcement.xbox.com to look up Enforcement history or ask for a case review on any suspension.

    The Enforcement Team does not use the forums and only an Enforcement Team member can respond to any specific suspension items.

    Ta daaaa :)

    Typicaly console bans are permanent & not reversed.

    In some circumstances you may get a 30 day console ban if several accounts on the same console keep receiving enforcement actions.

    You can check on any enforcement actions you have on the enforcement site
    here

    You would of been sent an email to the address linked to your account as well.

    Support does not handle bans. Only the enforcement team does.
