    Please Urgent Assistance

    I have logged into my Xbox and it has asked me each time to add securty... I followed the process and now it is saying "This email or password isn't valid". Now I've tried resetting and have tried multiple times logging in with a new password, still nothing...

    I also deleted my profile and cleared the cache but it still hasn't let me log in.

    There could be many variables... I just updated from Hotmail to Outlook and it could just be coincidence my Xbox isn't letting me log in...

    Or my information could be hacked which is just a normal reaction I have because I can't seem to log in at all.

    This is a tad frustrating and I was wondering if someone can resolve this matter or assist me.

    Note: I can log in my account through Xbox.com and Windows Live ID. I just can't through the start up with Xbox...

    Can you try deleting the game then clear the cache and restart the console before redownloading it?

    It's possible the account is corrupted. You will want to get into system settings > system > storage > choose your storage device > go into gamer profiles.

    ~

    Find your profile (or corrupted/unknown profile) and delete > delete profile only if it gives you the option.

    Back up to where it shows all devices/hard drive/memory unit/etc and highlight your storage. Press Y for device options, clear system cache.

    ~

    Back up to the dashboard, go to social, and download profile. Check remember password and sign in. Should hopefully work from there.

    I can connect to xbl 2 other ACCTS and everything works fine. I have reset router to factory settings from the Xbox just in case that was the issue it wasn't. Under my family settings it says I'm allowed to access xbl. Uh, the only real discrepancy I could
    account for is under my achievements, I have 0 gamer score, 0 games played, and no bio or anything along those lines.
