    Assistance microsoft does not want to replace me the controller!


    I have sent my controller, after about 30 days I get another controller but flawed, defective with analog sticks!

    I'm calling to say that I get a defective controller and they tell me that I have to send it back at my expense!

    Now the fault is not mine, but if I send a controller again with the money I'll buy new shipment! This is not correct!

    So I say support I do not want to pay for shipping, they always send the request to the ward and higher then I do not know anything!

    What should I do at this point for me to replace the controller? Because at this point I do a review on youtube? Does not seem right

    Does Microsoft have any comment on this issue? They told me to pay another $60 to replace the controller...what a joke.

    Xbox One Controller turns on, blinks, turns off

    If the controller is updated fully and still does that you will probably need to replace the controller if you want to play wireless.

    I have had the same problem. I told them BOTH controllers I got at launch had broken thumb sticks and they made me pay to send one of them in. I kept one so at least I could play while I waited. When they received the controller they cancelled the repair
    order and acted like they never got it. Now they have ignored me for weeks despite telling me that someone from customer advocacy would contact me. This is pathetic customer service. Not only did I have to pay out of pocket to ship it, but they lost the controller
    and cancelled the repair order without contacting me.

    The expedition was traceable?

    However I are breaking the boxes, but what kind of assistance is this?

    Xbox Controller Trigger Rubber keep Sticking the triggers

    I understand, unfortunately in this case Microsoft does not offer technical assistance for out-of-warranty products.

    A control replacement or repair would be required to fix this type of problem.

    Refund service order instead of getting another replacement

    I did not activate the Microsoft warranty as it was out of warranty and I had to purchase the replacement controller that was sent to me. The controller is faulty and I want a refund of the replacement order and return the faulty controller sent to me
