Assistance is needed if you could please.

Ok so I have two cards on my account, one is a dead card but anytime I try to remove it i am unable to do so. So I added my new bank card as my active card, or so I thought. I jumped on my Xbox last night and it told me I had to update my account payment
plan so it had me choose between the dead card and my new one so I chose my new one and it told me my account was suspended until payment goes thru. and I encountered the same problem just now when I tried to jump on And went thru the same process. So my question
is how long does the process usually take? Or do I have to wait for my Xbox live gold to renew?

I have run into another problem. For some odd reason I connect to Xbox live when I'm at the dashboard but as soon as I start playing a game does not matter if I put in a disk or play one off my hard drive I must sign back into live only it does not allow
me to do so tells me to check my internet connection but when I do everything is connected. What is going on

 

Me too keep me disconnected when I start to play any game I dont know what is going on
